Hi friends and followers. Well took a bit longer than expected but I've finally found time to review fully the "bluebox" script and confirm my assumptions. So I believe with my last post showing a traditional company Burberry telling their story in combination with new media CRM a ideal example has been provided.
Storry telling is really important with new media out there. Having not only a web site telling your "company story" but also fan pages, viral videos and providing people the ability interact with you on your story is clearly the way forward in today's market already.
